Terms and Conditions

FEES: Normally $5.00 U.S. per parcel under 60 lbs.

Large Parcels may cost more (unpalletized)

·         Any parcel that is encased in an outside shipping container made of metal or wood.

·         Any package with any side exceeding 60 inches or 2 sides exceeding 30 inches.

·         Any package weighing more than 60 lbs. or over.

Pembina Parcel Service also reserves the right to assess additional charges for any parcel that, in PPS's sole discretion, requires special handling or extra services.

Shipping Disclaimer:

  • Unless instructed otherwise, the shipping driver may leave your package even if no one is available to sign for it.

  • We recommend you instruct the shipper to hold your package if no one is available to sign for it.

  • Pembina Parcel is not responsible for loss or damage of packages due to shipping or liability.

  • Pembina Parcel is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Please verify all shipping names and addresses.

  • If the shipper is required to redirect a delivery, the customer will be responsible for any surcharges incurred.

  • Freight must be pre-paid, COD packages or postage due are not accepted.
    • Returns require prepaid return labels when dropped off. Refusal of parcels once received by Pembina Parcel Service must be paid and signed for by the recipient and provide a prepaid return label (No over the phone requests).

Storage Disclaimer:

  • Pembina Parcel and it’s owners and operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from storing packages at their facilities. Have your parcels insured.

  • Although Pembina Parcel will make every effort to assure you get your package, they will not be responsible if:

    • Recipients fail to collect their deliveries in a timely manner.
        • Any packages left over 1 month will be charged an additional storage fee (under 60 lbs) $5 (large +60 lbs.)$10 (over size large +100 lbs.)$15 per month.
          Large Parcels are:

          ·         Any parcel that is encased in an outside shipping container made of metal or wood or cardboard.

          ·         Any package with any side exceeding 60 inches or 2 sides exceeding 30 inches.

          ·         Any package weighing more than 60 or 100 pounds.

        • Items left 1yr(12 months) will be disposed for abandonment anytime during the 12th month.
    • Recipients fail to provide adequate information prior to having packages shipped to Pembina Parcel.
    • Packages are stolen or damaged due to circumstances beyond the control of Pembina Parcel personnel.
