By using Pembina Parcel Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Pembina Parcel Service acts as a package receiving and forwarding agent only. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.

A service fee of $5 per package applies to most standard packages. Additional fees may apply for oversized, overweight, or special-handling items.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all packages comply with applicable U.S. and Canadian customs regulations.

Pembina Parcel Service reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time.

We are closed on major holidays. Please check the FAQ page for current hours.
